Costa Blanca has something for everyone, Benidorm, with its bright lights and skyscrapers to the more cosmopolitan resorts of Javea and Moraira and the mountains offer a contrast with its laid back lifestyle.
There are many attractions in Costa Blanca, some of them specially designed for tourists like the entertainment park Terra Mitica at Benidorm or the bays of Altea and Calpe.
There are others smaller towns and villages like Villajoyosa just south of Benidorm which are famous for their old towns.
The region also offers archaeological sites that give some idea of the rich history of an area that has been populated for thousands of years.
